Plain particulate respirator.Jul 21, 2010 There's not a lot to write about these plain 3M respirators. They are as comfortable and functional as one would expect and demand from such a product and are fairly priced. Good for dealing with dust. Or avian flu, if you're one of those paranoid types . . . I guess . . . ?
Best productJun 22, 2010 This is the first time I found the best product, the mask sealed very tight, comfortable, after using I can see clean inside and dirty outside, I will use this item for ever

Buy these, instead of those cheap paper masks!May 04, 2010 I used to wear the cheap disposable paper masks, even though they were a pain; the rubber bands yanked at my hair, the edges were scratchy, and they made my glasses fog up so much I couldn't see. But I continued to use them, because I mistakenly assumed that a better-quality mask would be even MORE uncomfortable. After all, it offers more protection so it must be an even bigger hassle to wear, right?
Wrong! Oh, so wrong, and I had no idea until my Dad gave me one of these 3M 8210s. I'm never using those cheap paper masks again. Not only are these much, much more comfortable, they keep the dust out more efficiently too. The stretchy bands are silky and don't pull your hair, the nose bridge is padded with foam, and although the mask is thicker than a paper mask, it is easier to breathe through. Although the entire mask is held tightly to your face, it doesn't chafe a bit and you barely know it's there. And my glasses didn't fog up at all. These masks are a bit more expensive but worth every penny. If you suffer dust allergies, you owe it to yourself to use these in nasty situations. You won't believe how well they work, and best of all, you won't hate wearing them!

Does the yob.Jan 31, 2010 I've a small face. It's hard to find masks that fit correctly. Because of the elastic straps, these do OK. I use them in a clinical (nursing) setting. W/O an exhaust valve, they are very uncomfortable after 30mins. They do the job. All masks like this are uncomfortable w/o exhaust valves. I'll buy more when these run out.

3M 8210 Particulate RespiratorDec 28, 2009 Respirators are great for use when getting up leaves or mowing the lawn. I use them regularly during fall for my lawn business. The straps are not durable for long-term use, but usually last as long as the mask stays breatheable. The straps need to be stretched evenly before the mask is first put on or it may seem too tight. One at a time stretch each strap a section of the strap at a time. Much better than the single strap nuisance respirators. Price was awesome on an open box. Wish I had ordered two of them.
