Making a great frappuccinoOct 10, 2011
By Deborah This product really delivers. I can now make a frappuccino better than the coffee shops and it's more economical. Try this recipe for a caramel frappuccino: 1/2 cup Big Train Blended Ice Coffees Vanilla Latte 1 oz Torani vanilla syrup Squeeze in some caramel syrup-about 1/2 to 1 oz(the kind you use over ice cream) 4 oz brewed coffee that has been cooled 1 to 2 oz milk (I use 2% or skim milk) Blend these ingredients Then add 2 cups crushed ice - pulse 2 to 3 times first to break up the crushed ice even more before blending smooth - add 1 more cup of crushed ice and pulse as before - blend till smooth Before pouring into cups squeeze some caramel syrup into bottom of cup - fill cup 1/2 way with frap - squeeze some more caramel syrup - fill cup almost to top with more frap and then finish with some more caramel syrup on top.
Makes two 16 oz fraps
I have a Ninja blender that really does the job.

I bought this after my local coffee house went out of business and it helped me so much with the transition to a coffee free world. The mocha mix has a lot of sugar and ingredients I'd rather not have on a daily basis, but oh, it tastes wonderful, so for an occasional treat, it's awesome. I add a small amount to a healthier protein shake and it makes for a great desert.
Yum!Sep 04, 2008
By M Bonaime I use Big Train Vanilla Latte mix nearly every day to make breakfast smoothies. A bit of ice, frozen berries, maybe a ripe banana, ground flax seed, skim milk and a scoop of Big Train makes a most satifying breakfast! We also enjoy the Mocha mix w/ ice and milk as a snack.
