There is this cafe down the road from where I live that serves the best cup of cocoa I have had in a long time. I inquired as to how they make it and was told that it was "Big Train Hot Chocolate."
I immediately came home and ordered the 3.5lb bag! Its rich, creamy and satisfies that need for chocolate all the while warming your insides down to your toes!
I now have my entire family stuck on this hot chocolate as well as friends who have personally ordered their own. So if you are wanting that warm and cozy feeling you remember from being a kid with your cup of hot chocolate after a day playing in the snow.. purchase this, sit back and enjoy!

Really liked this. Had a really good dark chocolate favor. It was also easy to use. And it dissolved very readily in hot liquid. I used it in strong morning coffee and enjoyed it very much.
