My college-age daughter had listed Big Train Spiced Chai on her Christmas list this year, so that should tell you something about the quality of the product! Mrs. Santa delivered the product under the tree and my little elf was so happy! When she made a cup of her "favorite" beverage and offered me a taste, I could certainly understand her excitement. It is an all-around delicious and aromatic drink! My daughter indicates that she first bought chai at her college cafeteria and did some snooping to see the name of the product that the food staff was stocking and selling, no doubt at a fairly steep mark-up. Long story short, I think the product is deserving of praise and worthy of stocking in your own home pantry! I only wish Big Train Spiced Chai was offered in sugar-free variety, since I am diabetic.

Big Train Spiced Chai is the best thing to happen to our kitchen since I learned the joys of oven-roasting. This chai is SO unbelievably delicious, it is every bit as good as the chai lattes you pay a fortune for at your local coffeehouse. In fact, we actually discovered this product because my husband became addicted to the chai lattes he was getting near his office. It turns out that the place uses Big Train to make the chai lattes they charge 2 or 3 dollars for. It's true! They apparently buy this in a large coffee can-sized container (which I think is also available here on Amazon, by the way). Trust me on this. You will not be sorry to have this in your pantry. You won't get milk froth from these handy little packets, but you will get every bit of the flavor of the expensive coffehouse chai lattes.

I gave it as a gift to my daughter. She said it is THE BEST CHAI she's had. She now stops at Starbucks on her way to work, buys a cup of steamed milk and adds her Big Train Spiced Chai.

There was a coffee shop near where I worked. They served the best Spiced Chai Tea Latte. Unfortunately, my office moved locations, but I need my Chai fix. One day when I was back in the area of the coffee shop I saw what they were using to make their Chai. It was Big Train. I've been buying this ever since. I love this so much more than the Tazo Chai that they fix at Starbucks. I just make mine with hot water and its good. You'll have to make it into a Latte to get the full coffee shop experience. Hot water or Latte it still tastes the same. My wife who is a coffee drinker says its too sweet or sugary. I've never had a taste for coffee, but I absolutely love this Spiced Chai and have gotten several people at work hooked; your welcome Big Train :)

I have been drinking the Big Train Chai for years, and I love it. When I ordered more for myself, I ordered extra of the Big Train Spiced Chai and Big Train Vanilla Chai in the individual packages, to put in to the "Soldier Share Packages" my husband and I send out weekly to our Soldiers in Afghanistan and Iraq. The Soldiers LOVE these Big Train Chai mixes. The Soldiers say the flavor reminds them of home. I am here to reorder more of the Big Train Chai Vanilla and Spiced Chai for our Soldiers we support with our "Soldier Share Packages." Thanks Big Train for a quality product.
