This is my absolute favorite brand of instant chai. It is nicely spiced, creamy, with a strong tea flavor. I feel like it tastes warmer and smoother then other instant mixes.

Maybe my hopes were too high, maybe I've just been drinking the other types of chai for too long.... but I am not really liking the Big Train. It's kind of thick and chunky, albeit very spicy. Much better with a splash of milk or milk substitute. But then that sort of defeats the purpose of an instant mix.
