this sauce is sweet, tangy, thick and is a great addition to pork, chicken, steaks or whatever you want it on. If you looking for something new and great tasting, give this and Tennessee red sauce a try. the Tennessee red is more vinegar base and more spicy but ends in a sweet note that can't be beat.

Goes great on ribs or brisket.Only thing I would like is just a little more spicey. Just cooked a great case of ribs and everyone loved them

Much better than anything you'll find in your local grocery store. It is a thick & sweet gritty peppered sauce with a little heat. It really mixes well with Blues Hog Tennessee Red sauce which adds vinegar and fruit character (also thins it).

This is a sweet BarBQ sauce what is good for most anything. I haven't tried it on fish yet, but it works with everything else. A good price as well and it comes in a goodly quantity. Try it, you'll probably like it.
