I ordered this sauce because it's totally awesome. With the price I thought I was ordered a quart jar and of course I did not know what the shipping would be either. In the end it cost me $18.30 for a pint of this sauce. Sure I could return it and pay shipping again and maybe save 5 or 6 bucks which is not worth the trouble. I highly recommend this sauce but please purchase elsewhere so you are not ripped off like I was.

I'm not crazy about corn syrup, but there's something about the way it carmelizes in this sauce that makes it the ideal mop/glaze for smoking pork ribs, poultry or even lamb shanks. It deserves all the awards. An outstanding and unconventional sauce that adds a touch of sweet/hot without overpowering the meat. My go-to easy-grab.
