BEST Korean BBQ sauceAug 17, 2011

I discovered this stuff at the local Korean market.
I developed a fondness for Kalbi / Galbi barbecue beef flanken ribs, and after experimenting with several brands, I found CJ not only to be most affordable, but by far the tastiest sauce available.
The difference is the Korean pear and apple puree, which gives the marinade a mellow sweetness without the sulphury quality other Korean BBQ sauces tend to have.
The one improvement that can be made, is I recommend adding roasted or fresh minced garlic.

I had tried this product at my son`s house, and bought some for me. I sliced pork loin thin, and marinated it overnight. The next day we put it on the grill. It has a wonderful flavor,that goes so well with pork. I cant wait to try it with other meats.

We really like Kalbi and this stuff is awesome. It tastes great. We've bought lots of different Kalbi marinades but they were always off in one way or another. This marinade is right on the money!
