I love Carl's Gourmet spices and use the regular roast rub all the time. I've added this one to my spice cabinet. Tastes delicious on chicken and pork! Even a little sprinkle on Tilapia tastes delicious. A nice addition to a variety of spice rubs!

I do LOTS of BBQ, and have tried hundreds of rubs. This one is sugar free, lower in salt, and tastes as good or better as any rub twice the price. It is good on chicken (I add some thyme as well) ribs, and pulled pork. Good enough that I have given it as a Christmas gift to BBQ savvy friends.

I buy this at my local supermarket and it find's its way into a lot of things I cook. Most notable is the deeeelicious chicken this rub can make! My family & friends love my chicken salad and the key is this spice rub that goes on the chicken breasts before I bake them.
