I love to barbecue and I was a big bulls eye fan and loved their sauces. One day I bought the kansas city sauce from Cattleman's and I was really blown away. It was spicy, tangy and had a great texture. I've tried it on meats and poultry and it is amazing. My ribs are now the talk of everyone after using a dry rub and putting this on to finish them off.
It has a great consistency; not too thick; and is easy to spread onto items with a brush.
If you want a consistent and quality barbecue sauce that you can count on to be great with any food, this is the sauce. Kansas City is my favorite but the Mississippi and Memphis is really good too with just the right amount of sweetness.
For the mustard crowd there is Carolina which has a hint of cayenne and mustard and it's very tangy and delicious.
I go out of my way to get Cattleman's sauces. It may be hard to find at times in stores, but many of the chain grocery stores carry it.

Great tasting sauce..Appeals to most taste buds!! I too used Cattlemen's, buying it @ Walmart until they stopped carrying it. Finally found it on Amazon and wanted to order a larger bottle but at the time just the 18 oz was available. Bought several six packs and then got the idea to add one to my gift stockings for friends & family. 18 oz plastic bottle is a perfect fit. My six packs arrived safe and sound. Thank, Amazon. sacee

I am pleased with the flavor, as a matter of fact it is fantastic. However I still miss C's Smokehouse, too bad it's not available anymore...

The Cattlemens Kansas City Classic BBQ Sauce is phenomenial. Were impressed with the distinct flavor of just enough sweet & tangy combined that leaves you with that savory salivating mood when you think of this BBQ sauce. They dont sell this in grocery stores in Hawaii but thankful Amazon does free shipping over $25 when quaified to keep the cost down and give me that piece of the South I miss so much, you wont be dissappointed with this pick and neither will your guests, enjoy!

Cattlemen's is the best all around BBQ sauce there is. It is getting hard to find in local grocery stores. I am so glad to find that I can order it from Amazon. Super service every time I have ordered. Keep up the good work.
