Absolutely Addictive!Oct 06, 2010

After almost 20 years away from Rochester NY, Country Sweet is still one of my fondest memories from growing up. My friends and I were fortunate to have the restaurant close to our high school. You could pour this sauce on a ROCK and I'd bet that someone would EAT THAT ROCK! It's that good! Hopefully I won't offend anyone when I say that we used to call it "crack," but it seemed like no matter what time of night it was (and they were open until about 3AM if my memory is correct); there was always a line coming out of Country Sweet and we'd always catch someone walking out grinning, saying "I got SAUCE!."
Now, it is sweet, so for those watching their blood sugar, this may not be the best choice. For the rest of you, even those funny eaters (like me) who won't eat all of the meat off of a chicken wing, that will no longer be a problem. Infact, you'll have to keep yourself from eating the bones! Depending on the temperature,it can also have a bit of a kick, but the sweetness balances it out. It also has just the right amount of tang. Soooo good! I was excited to find some on Amazon since I have a niece moving down for college and was considering telling her she could only come if she's bringing the sauce! lol! Hey, I said it was addictive!

I RECENTLY PURCHASED A DOZEN BOTTLES FROM AMAZON AND TELL YOU THAT:
1. AMAZON SERVICE AND VENDORS ARE THE VERY BEST.
2. THE SAUCE (WHICH I HAVE USED FOR YEARS) IS FANTASTAGLORIOUS.
3. "CITY MADE" WAS A PLEASURE TO DO BUSINESS WITH
4. THE RESOURCES AND THE SAUCE ARE ALL "A1+++"

I'm so pumped that Amazon is selling Country Sweet! My buddy from Buffalo sent me this sauce years ago and I've never been able to find it since. This sauce is crazy good, it's a perfect blend of sweet and spicy. (Something you might not think goes together but trust me it's great) I use it mainly with chicken whether it's the chicken tenders out of the frozen food aisle or some fresh grilled chicken. There's nothing quite like it. I prefer the Hot over the Mild but either sauce should please.

Used to live in western New York and missed this sauce so much. So glad to be able to get it online now. I've tried every sauce in every grocery store here in SW Florida and nothing compares. Country Sweet is very unique.... pure sweet joy with a ever so slight kick!
