as someone else already mentioned, if does get clumpy after it is opened, but it doesn't affect the taste at all. this stuff is delicious !
BaconOct 15, 2011
By MNGrace This stuff is pretty good. I use it in a variety of things like popcorn, baked potatoes, mac and cheese etc. I like it because it's not too salty or too smokey.
Popcorn flavoringNov 17, 2010

I bought this to flavor my popcorn a couple months ago. The flavor is very nice, not salty but very flavorful. I actually use it on other things besides popcorn. However, I will note that it tends to harden up while sitting in the cupboard. I have to use my "magic bullet" to re-grind the seasoning. It lasts for a while like that but not too long. Maybe its just the humidity during the summer that caused it, but it was upsetting that I had to break it all apart when I wanted to use it. Flavor - five stars convenience - 1 star

Doesn't make anything taste like baconJan 20, 2010

because it isn't bacon. It tastes like Baco's, which don't taste like bacon. I fail to understand how anyone who really loves bacon can be satisfied with an imitation.
