Lindberd and Snyder sounds so hoity toity, easty coasty poodilish but rub it on a Raider game try tip and hunker down with a coated rare slab and a cold ale and you have the makings of a truly blue collar, smack down of a meal. Even an old dog can learn a new trick. Damn fine rub.

I have been looking for this in a number of grocery stores in the Los Angeles area without success. I first bought it at a small country general store in the nearby mountains and LOVE it. It is great on steaks and other beef. The key to the best taste is to use it sparingly. It brings out the flavor of the beef and is great on T-bone and New York steaks. I am so glad I found it at Amazon.

I live in MO, this product is not distributed in my state, I usually buy a supply when I go to CA. I have not planned a trip the CA in this economy, thanks to amazon I don't have to do without this seasoning.
