5Stanley Bostitch Heavy Duty Hole PunchAug 17, 2009
By Sofia Aristigui
There was a typo on this description when we ordered it - should have been a 160 page punch - ended up being a 130 page punch. However, the 130 works great and we really love it here in the office. Ive put up the 125 pages and it works great. The replacement punch parts of not expensive either so even if it gets abused its an easy fix. We ended up with two because we love it so much. Even with 125 pages its not to difficult to push down. You do need to use both hands and push down but it does not require huge amounts of pressure to punch the paper. Its not big and bulky either, fits neatly into a little corner. It is heavy duty and will stay in place while you punch, it doesnt slide around on the table. Good qualilty product.

4Will punch almost anythingOct 31, 2011

I've been using this to punch holes in 8 1/2 by 11 samples of vinyl. Most of the samples have a foam backing. I think the foam has plugged up the holes, so that the circles just fall out after they have been cut and don't go into the tray like they should, but other than that this has saved me a lot of energy and frustration compared to our old hole punch. There are rubber disks under the cutters that need to be rotated as they wear out and eventually replaced. There was also a short plastic stick with a magnet on the back included. It looks like something to clear the cutters, but so far it hasn't seemed very useful. I would recommend this - it's been great!

I own a store where I do many printing jobs. I needed a 2-3 hole puncher that could stand the test
of time. Well, I truly found one. Great product....great price.

4Hole PunchMay 16, 2011

The Stanely Bostitch hole punch is used in our Juvenile Department and is very helpful. The problem is the original punch did not last quite a year before it broke. I did research and found that there is a kit that could have repaired the punch but after days of trying I gave up and bought another punch. This punch is very spendy so if there is a kit to make repairs it should be listed on line and should be easily accessible as the punch.

5Wow! Exceeds all expectations.Nov 10, 2010

This hole punch has exceeded all of my expectations. I put a large stack of paper in expecting to have to struggle to press the lever, and found I was pressing too hard. If you stand, use both hands (as per the instructions) and press gently but firmly, you've got your large stack of papers punched almost effortlessly. Worth every penny.
