He named it after the nickname I got while playing basketball on Chicago's West Side - "Sweet Baby Ray". The sauce is so fine, the taste beat out nearly 700 entries in the rib-off. Within a year, Larry and I, along with out high school friend Mike O'Brien, formed a company around our award-winning sauce and our simple philosophy about barbecue. "The Sauce is the Boss." | | | Features: | |

nice, thick sauceSep 05, 2009

I like how thick this sauce is, it really sticks to the meat. I use primarily on chicken, but also like to make pulled pork if I have some leftover tenderloin and cook some cocktail wieners in it for parties.

This is some good sauce for chicken. It is a bit sweet for pork or beef, but it does have a bit of kick.

Very good barbecue sauce, very tasty and at the same time nothing extra in it, so it just add very good flavor to the meat.

This sauce is extremely sweet, and gives me an awful bitter after-taste with that wretched Tamarind! No, give me back my Bull's-eye!
