This was by far the best grilling sauce I've ever tried. Tried this on pork steaks -- used half a bottle. I was amazed. The rest of the sauce is waiting for a worthy meal. I picked this up while on vacation 450 miles away from home. Now I'm loathe to use the other half of the bottle -- because I can't just buy it at the local grocery store. It's almost like Elaine of Seinfeld determining if her suitors are sponge-worthy. Except I wonder if my meals are sauce-worthy. To use the sauce, the meat and the rest of the meal will have to be special enough to be sauce-worthy. Is it worth $9 a bottle? Yes! But I'm still cheap and I would use it infrequently because of the price. I'd rather try to duplicate the recipe. If it were $4-5 per bottle, I'd use it all the time.

This BBQ/Chipotle sauce is awesome! We use it on quesadillas, bbq chicken pizza, you name it. It has a thick consistency so it also works well with chicken wings.

Visited Arizona with my wife a few months ago and a friend of ours took us to an area with a lot of shops. One of which sold this sauce. We were buying random sauces and spices to try that we had never seen before. This was without a doubt the best of the things we bought. In fact its my favorite sauce to marinade and cook with. I thought I was going to have to get our friend to buy and mail us a whole box of these, but I decided to see if I could order them online, and here they were right on Amazon.
It is a bit pricey to have shipped, but it tastes oh so good. I try not to over use the sauce when cooking because of its costs, but its very hard and I love using a lot. Anything else doesn't compare anymore. I wish I could buy it locally at a cheaper price. But I still don't think twice about ordering more when I run out. Give it a try, you'll love it.
